Craving Cookies

Dairy, Sugar, Gluten Free

I've been craving carbs and sugar like bad so after foraging in my cupboards and online I came up with this quickie recipe. 10 mins total. Threw all ingredients into my Kitchenaid Mixer, scooped onto parchment paper into a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Next time I'll try 8 minutes. They are soft and we're just the right amount of sweet and chewy and carb I needed. Made 12 cookies.

  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 GF oats (I like Bobs Red Mill)
  • 3/4 Almond Flour (same BMR for the win)
  • 1 cup chopped and deseeded dates
  • 2 spoonfuls almond butter
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate dairy free chips
